Unclaimed Merchandise Policy

Merchandise purchased in connection with an event must be collected by the purchaser no later than one (1) month after the event date.

If the merchandise is not collected within this period, the purchaser shall be solely responsible for any postage or shipping costs required to deliver the merchandise after the event.

Failure to make contact or arrange collection within one (1) month of the event date will be deemed abandonment of the merchandise, and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to dispose of, repurpose, or otherwise handle the unclaimed merchandise without further notice or compensation to the purchaser.
